The Process
Owner Eric Lunardelli conducts all in-home estimates. We feel it is important not only for us to get to know the customer and their desires, but for the customer to get to know us as well. This initial meeting can take anywhere from half an hour to over an hour depending on the size of the project. We find out everything we need to know to accurately propose a course of action for your home and meet all of your painting needs.
After the initial meeting, a detailed explanation of services and pricing for your project will be presented to you either by email or postal mail. At this time any questions can be put forth and changes can be made before a contract is written.
Upon hiring Lunar Painting Inc., Eric will return to meet with you with a written contract for both parties to sign. This ensures there are no miscommunications about the work being performed. You will also be presented with a certicate of liability and Workers Compensation Insurance as well as a Warranty Certificate. Method of payment options will also be discussed at this time.
Lunar Painting Inc. requires 100% Full payment within 5 days of the completion of all work.
